Dr Aamir Yassin is paediatric pulmonologist with 6 years’ experience in the field of Paediatric Pulmonology.He graduated from Omdurman Islamic University - Sudan 2005 and he joined the teaching staff at paediatric department in 2006 and promoted to lecturer then assistant professor in 2013. He completed four years of paediatric residency program and got the MD in paediatric and Child from Sudan medical specialization board in 2013. Then he joined Mohamed Elamin Hamid hospital for children in Sudan as general paediatrician (2013-2018). He got the membership of royal college of peadiatric and Child Health – UK (MRCPCH) 2018. He completed two years of subspecialty training in paediatric pulmonology at Red Cross War Memorial Hospital in Cape Town, South Africa and awarded the fellowship in paediatric pulmonology from College of medicine of South Africa (CMSA) 2021 and the master philosophy (MPhil) degree from university of Cape Town, South Africa 2021.

He went back to Sudan where established paediatric pulmonology service at Ahmed Gasim paediatric teaching hospital 2021. He established the first flexible paediatric bronchoscopy unit in Sudan at Haj Alsafi hospital in Khartoum 2023.He recently joined NMC Royal hospital in Khalifa City as consultant paediatric pulmonologist.
