Dr. Aryan Shawkat is a German board certified consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist from the University of Hannover, with over 20 years of experience practising in Iraq and Germany. Dr. Shawkat joins Mediclinic Parkview Hospital from Diakonie Hospital in Bremen, Germany, where she was the leading consultant for Gynaecology in the department. Dr. Shawkat has held various roles at major hospitals in Germany during her 16 years of practice there, obtaining certifications in ovarian cancers,  pelvic floor reconstruction, colposcopy and fetomaternal doppler sonogrophy.
