Dr. József Korcsik is a highly experienced Consultant Paediatrician and Neonatologist with over 23 years of expertise in managing critically ill neonates, premature infants, and providing high-level neonatal care, including leading Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs). His qualifications in Pediatrics and Neonatology are recognized across Hungary, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Dubai Health Authority (DHA).

Dr. Korcsik earned his Doctor of General Medicine from the University of Szeged, Hungary, followed by specialized training in Pediatrics and Neonatology. He has held various prestigious leadership roles, including Head of Department in renowned medical centers across Europe and the Middle East. Most recently, he completed an MBA in International Healthcare Management from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management in the program of International Healthcare Management, with a focus on the impact of Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare.

Dedicated to improving patient care and advancing medical education, Dr. Korcsik has been instrumental in teaching junior doctors, organizing and implementing life support courses, including the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), at a key institution. In addition, he has played a crucial role in restoring full functionality to units after crises, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality care.
