Dr. Mohamed Khalafallah finished his MBBCH at the Faculty of Medicine, Menofia University, Egypt in 2000.  In 2006, he completed his Master’s Degree in Obstetrics and Gynaecology then in 2012, he qualified for his Doctor of Medicine in Obstetrics and Gynaecology - both from the same university.  In 2017, Dr. Khalafallah received his Diploma of Minimal Invasive Surgery in Gynaecology from MIS Academy. 

Dr. Khalafallah started his medical practice in 2002 as a Resident in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, then in 2006, he became a Specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Menofia University Hospital.  In 2012, he was posted as a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the same medical facility.  2 years later, he moved to KSA and worked as a Senior Obstetrics and Gynaecology Specialist at the Maternity Hospital under the Ministry of Health – Kuwait.  Before joining Bareen, he was a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in a private hospital in Abu Dhabi.

Dr. Khalafallah has an intensive experience managing female reproductive disorders such as infertility, recurrent pregnancy loss including assisted reproductive techniques, abnormal bleeding, irregular menstrual periods, endometriosis, genital infections, ovarian cysts, breast abnormalities, fibroid, adnexal masses, congenital anomalies, and uterine masses. He is well-versed in handling gynaecological oncology including colposcopy, managing benign and malignant tumors of cervix, uterus, and ovaries; managing normal and c-section deliveries.  His areas of expertise include hysterectomy, myomectomy, hysteroscopy, laparotomy, minimally invasive surgeries, and uro-gynaecology which includes urinary stress incontinence and vaginal prolapse.
