Lizzie’s treatments consist mostly of soft tissue release and manual therapy in aid to reduce your pain and increase your mobility. Specializing in deep tissue sports massage, myofascial release and joint mobilizations. Using a hands on approach with her treatment, Lizzie will help you reach your body’s pain free potential and enjoy the lifestyle you strive towards. She is always looking out for new research, new ways to help people live a healthier, pain free lifestyle and expanding her knowledge as much as possible. In her spare time Lizzie has a relatively new passion for running and has just completed her first full marathon in Berlin. Running is her mental outlet and she loves to challenge herself with new goals that she can strive towards. Lizzie is always willing to try new sports, classes and fitness related events and meeting so many amazing inspiring people en route!
