Nadia is a graduate of the University of Western Cape, South Africa, and also gained a Masters in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa in 2013. She has worked in South Africa in both the public and private sectors, with first and second division premier league football teams and has lectured in Sports Physiotherapy at the University of the Witwatersrand. She has post graduate training in Dry Needling, Instrumental Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, and Mulligan techniques.
