Dr Rania Abusamra has a total of 15 years’ experience in paediatrics within the United Kingdom. She undertook her subspecialty training in paediatric respiratory at Cambridge University Hospital. She has been working as a consultant in Paediatric Respiratory at King's College Hospital, London for the past five years. She has undertaken paediatric training at a number of London's leading hospitals, including Great Ormond Street Hospital, Royal London Hospital, St George's Hospital and St Thomas' Hospital. Dr Abusamra obtained her medical degree from Al-Quds University in Jerusalem. Dr Abusamra offers expertise in respiratory specialist clinics for difficult asthma, cystic fibrosis, sleep breathing disorder and long-term ventilation at home. She was the lead for the non-Invasive ventilation for children service at King's College Hospital.

She has several publications and has been a speaker in a number of international conferences. Dr Abusamra has a special interest in teaching and was a lecturer for the King's College London advanced paediatric MSc courses. Dr Abusamra has also initiated several programs to work with cystic fibrosis NGO's and patients in Jordan and Palestine.
