Dr Samer obtained his Bachelor of Medicine degree from Damascus University in Syria in 2001. Following that, he pursued training in general surgery. Upon moving to Germany, he completed his specialization in neurosurgery in 2012.

Dr Samer has since been practicing as a consultant neurosurgeon in Germany until 6/2024.

Dr Samer specializes in a broad range of neurosurgical procedures, particularly focusing on spine conditions in the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar regions, such as degenerative diseases, spinal canal stenosis, disc herniation, infections, trauma, and tumors. In brain surgery, he has extensive experience in treating trauma, tumors, infections, and haemorrhages.

Fluent in German, English, and Arabic, Dr Samer is well-versed in communicating with patients in multiple languages.
