Dr. Srilekha obtained her medical education from the renowned tertiary hospitals in India. She earned her MBBS degree from the esteemed Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad, India, and subsequently pursued her Master of Surgery (M.S) in Ophthalmology at the central government-run institute in India, JIPMER (Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research), Pondicherry. She went on to attain fellowship in glaucoma at Aravind eye hospital, Madurai, India, which is the largest eyecare provider in the world. She also cleared International Council of Ophthalmology Clinical Sciences Fellowship Examinations.

Prior to joining iCARE Clinics, Dr. Srilekha gained valuable experience working with prestigious hospitals in both the UAE and India.

Dr. Srilekha has conducted clinical research and has been published in both international and national journals.
