Dr Chu is trained and qualified in Paediatrics in London, UK. She studied at University of Bristol (UK) and has worked as a Paediatrician since 2009. The majority of her training has been undertaken in specialist children's teaching hospitals in London. She has also obtained her medical license in Hong Kong after passing the licensing examination and has a year working experience in Hong Kong.

Dr Chu is a general paediatrician with special interests in Neurology, Epilepsy, Headache Disorders and Eating Disorders.

Dr Chu is also an instructor for both Advanced Paediatric Life Support and Neonatal Life Support in the UK.
