Mona is an experienced clinical dietician who has worked in a hospital setting for more than 15 years. She graduated from the Saint Joseph University Beirut, Lebanon in 2008 with a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics. She worked afterwards in a John Hopkins affiliated hospital in Lebanon, then moved to Dubai to join Mediclinic City Hospital. She now works at Mediclinic Parkview Hospital. Mona deals with patients of all age groups, from children to the elderly, requiring professional nutritional therapy. Mona participates in community work such as wellness campaigns and school activities, as well as being a speaker in in group panels and in the media to promote healthy eating. Mona is passionate about managing obesity, as she holds certificates in cognitive behavior therapy for weight management and binge eating. She is Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner. Mona is Scope certified ( World Obesity Federation).
