Dr Sushil Sonawane has completed his MBBS from B. J. Medical College, Pune in 2005 and continued his internship program at the same institute for one year. He completed his MD from Grant Medical College in 2010. He completed his DM in Endocrinology in 2018 from prestigious Seth GS Medical College, Mumbai, India and during this period, he got trained from stalwarts in Endocrinology field. He attended many national and international Endocrinology conferences. Having special interest in thyroid and parathyroid, he pursued his fellowship in thyroid ultrasound in 2019. He worked as an associate professor in Endocrinology in KEM Hospital, Mumbai. He also worked in other multispecialty hospitals in India during the last 2 years. He published many papers in national and international journals. His areas of interest vests in the management of Diabetes, Obesity, Thyroid disorders, Dyslipidemia, PCOS, Pituitary disorders, Adrenal gland disorders, Short stature, Hirsutism, Osteoporosis.
